Using It Wisely

According to Dictionary.com, discipline can be defined as “training and control of oneself and one’s conduct, usually for personal improvement”.

When it comes to credit cards, training yourself is the key to self improvement and not carrying around a ball and chain credit card liability for the rest of your life.

If used wisely credit cards can be an excellent way to pay for your purchases.

To stay out of trouble you should pay your credit card off monthly and use it only when you really need to. Take advantage of the 55 days of interest free my ANZ Low Interest Rate Mastercard offers. This is the sort of no-frills tip you should expect from Creditcardboss.

I stick to these rules myself. That’s why I’m called Creditcardboss,  not Creditcardslave. If you can discipline yourself, it’s almost an interest free loan.

If you don’t pay it off monthly it’s not the end of the world, but you really shouldn’t just drift along permanently with a balance the way a lot of people do. Make inroads into it and don’t just keep paying interest month in month out.

Not rocket science is it?

Of course none of this is any help if you let your credit card debt dominate you. It can be hard, but you’ll thank me for these credit card management rules if you stick by them.

If you’re just looking for a once off bit of cash, I recommend you forget about getting a card and get cash from these guys in 60 minutes.

You’ll get it fast, repay it a few days later, and forget about it.
